Finding Your Voice: Music, Mindfulness & Authentic Expression
(Ages 13-17)

A transformational experience for teens to process emotions, build confidence, and discover their authentic voice.

One-on-one personalized support

The only Nashville facilitator combining 25+ years of musical experience with transformational wellness practices—creating safe spaces for kids and teens to heal through authentic voice expression!

Music saved my life. Growing up with childhood trauma, I discovered that when I couldn't speak my truth, I could sing it. Now I help young people find that same healing power in their own voices.

As an international touring artist, I performed for 500+ audiences while teaching guitar, piano, and songwriting to local kids and teens. My songs have been featured on CBS's Criminal Minds and major networks, and I perform with the Nashville Symphony (returning March 2026) leading transformational experiences that blend breathwork, movement, and live music.

For eight years, I've operated Music City Mindfulness and currently facilitate at Southall Resort & Spa, where I guide guests worldwide through my Soul Song & Mantra Medicine programs. But my heart's work? Empowering young people discover their authentic voices.

My Soul Songs approach combines music, songwriting breathwork, and movement to help kids and teens develop emotional regulation tools and genuine confidence. In small groups and individual sessions, we create sacred spaces where anxiety transforms into self-expression, where overwhelm becomes creative flow, and where every young person discovers the medicine in their own voice.
