Hi, I'm Joanna.
My first experience with Mindfulness was in 2002 while studying music and performing arts in college.
I was seeking more substance to my college experience and a holistic approach to managing intense levels of stress and anxiety (other than drinking beer and eating pizza). When I stumbled upon my first yoga and meditation class, I was amazed by how quickly it brought me the mental clarity and relief I was seeking. This eventually acted as a gateway to my path of healing and personal transformation.
Presently, I am a mindfulness mentor, facilitator and influencer.
I teach people how to align with their best- self and go within for answers, relief, and inner peace.
I am also an active performer, songwriter and international touring artist of well over a decade.
After 18 years of study, practice, training, and first-hand experience I have established my own mindfulness toolbox that acts as a survival kit for the way I approach life. Having experienced countless benefits personally, I am dedicated to sharing these practices and assisting others in creating and designing their own.
Whether you’re new to these ideas, looking to release stress and improve focus, or wanting to take your own practice to the next level, I offer a wide range of tools and methods to meet your goals and needs.
I facilitate classes, series, seminars, and workshops aimed at mental clarity, balance, purpose, and empowerment.
