Joanna Barbera is a yoga and meditation instructor, mindfulness coach, musician and singer-songwriter. She specializes in practical methods that can offer relief to those who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression and a general feeling of disconnect. For as long as she has been writing music, her love for the mystical and personal pilgrimage has shown through.

Born in New York State, Joanna has lived and studied yoga and alternative healing methods in San Francisco, Maui, London, Arizona, and Austin. These ancient healing and mindfulness techniques would forever change the way she approached life and her path as a musician and healer.  Joanna facilitates classes and workshops aimed at stress relief, healing and empowerment.
