I will provide practical tools and specific techniques designed to improve awareness and focus in a place of business. The goal is to create a strong foundation for a culture of consciousness in the workplace.

Topics include:

  • How to be more conscious in response to work, life and others

  • Tools to enhance focus, clarity and results

  • Understanding how stress affects the brain and physical health and how mindful practice can be effective

  • Learning and refining mindfulness practices to use at work and in everyday life

  • Reflecting on how we think about our coworkers and clients and consciously moving towards calmness, presence and kindness

  • Giving the team an opportunity to get to know each other on a deeper level by understanding how each person’s mind works

Options I offer:

  • One to two-hour interactive mindfulness presentations on the principles and practices of mindfulness and meditation.

  • Multi-week “Mindfulness in the Workplace” training, 45-90 minutes per session, (4-8 weeks duration).

  • Having me as a Mindfulness Guest Speaker–  a lively, engaging and fun way for your team to experience and understand the basic concepts of mindfulness. Designed to provide information and tools to help facilitate a culture of Mindfulness in the Workplace.

In these sessions, I will provide practical tools designed specifically for you and your lifestyle to create and sustain a more peaceful, focused, and empowered life. This may include light stretching and gentle yoga, meditation, breath-work, and setting clear intentions. Invest in yourself, rewrite the story that is your life, and live authentically— you’re worth it! 

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation.png

Kundalini yoga blends spiritual and physical practices incorporating movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." This yoga of awareness is designed to build physical vitality, boost energy, release stress, and increase consciousness. All levels of experience are welcome. 

Options I offer:

  • Specialized Private or Group Kundalini Yoga session

  • Weekly Kundalini Yoga session at Kundalini Rising Studio on Tuesdays from 6:30-8 PM.
