Private Individual or Group for Empowerment Sessions

In these sessions, we design a customized Mindfulness program to have you cultivating the mindset necessary to achieve your desired goals. Through the use of gentle yoga, nervous system strengthening, meditation, breath-work, and tools for aligning with your True-Self you can align with and you can rewrite the story that is your life, and live authentically. Kundalini Yoga Classes

Kundalini yoga blends spiritual and physical practices incorporating movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." This yoga of awareness is designed to build physical vitality, boost energy, release stress, and increase consciousness. All levels of experience are welcome. 

Services offered:

  • Specialized Private or Group Kundalini Yoga session

  • Weekly Kundalini Yoga session at Kundalini Rising Studio on Tuesdays from 6:30-8 PM
