Hi, I'm Joanna.
I was first introduced to yoga in 2002 while studying Performing Arts in college.
In seeking more substance to my college experience and a holistic approach to manage my stress and anxiety, I found that yoga and meditation brought mental clarity and acted as a gateway to personal transformation.
These healing and mindfulness techniques forever changed the way I approached my life and path. Since then, having experienced so many benefits personally, I have dedicated myself to sharing these tools and practices with others.
Whether you’re new to these ideas, looking for simple tools to release stress and improve focus, or would like to deepen your own practice, I offer a wide range of tools and methods to meet your goals and needs. I facilitate classes and workshops aimed at developing practical tools for mental clarity, balance, purpose and empowerment. This includes individual coaching, private or group yoga, and “Mindfulness in the Workplace” training for businesses, schools and community organizations. No matter who you are, I will meet you where you are.
My philosophy is that when we are balanced in our bodies and minds, we are naturally better able to live authentically and, in turn, choose kindness and loving awareness. When we realize our worth, show up for ourselves and find this balance, we show up better for our families, friends, coworkers, and communities.
